Northwest Arkansas:
Weather Alert: Patchy fog across the area could impact morning commute visibility slowing traffic.
Fayetteville-
- Expect slowdowns near the Fulbright Expressway due to construction.
- The eastbound lane of Huntsville Road from Curtis Avenue to Happy Hollow Road will be closed from 7 a.m. – 3 p.m. today. Crews are working to construct a new sidewalk along the south side of Huntsville Road.
River Valley:
I-540- Slowdowns are frequently expected from Van Buren to Fort Smith due to an ongoing highway improvement project.
Sebastian County- Tyro Road, located 0.2 miles south of Hwy. 252 near Midland, Arkansas will be closed through Friday while crews repair a bridge.
Van Buren-
- Drivers should use caution driving on Rena Road due to construction.
- A semi crashed into a ditch at the Chesnut and South 16th intersection near Summit Medical Center around 5:30 a.m. No injuries were reported, but the road is blocked until the semi is cleared.
