Gov. Mike Beebe, Walmart U.S. President & CEO Bill Simon, and Rogers Mayor Greg Hines will hold a press conference on Monday morning (Oct. 7) to announce the opening of a new supplier manufacturing and distribution facility in Rogers that will bring new jobs to the region.
This announcement is part of Walmart’s commitment to buy an additional $50 billion in U.S. made products over the next 10 years, according to officials.
The company said they expect to bring lots of new jobs to the area, with this addition.
