photo 2This week’s Senior Spotlight winner, sponsored by Rockin’ Refuel is Jama Domerese.  Jama is an 18 year old senior at Clarksville High School.  Jama was nominated for this honor by her mother, Melanie Domerese.

Jama is being spotlighted for her outstanding academic and athletic achievements listed below in the Clarksville High School Community:
-     CHS Football Manager for the past six years
-     CHS Girls Basketball Manager
-     Member of the Lady Panther Golf Team
-     Leader of the Clarksville student section, “The
Jungle”
-     Produced a Harlem Shake Video with the student
section that received over 5,000 hits on YouTube
-     Member of: Chamber Choir, Panther Theatre, FBLA, and CSU
-     Senior Class President

During her 3 years of high school she has represented her school as Miss CHS, Johnson County Fair Teen, and is the current Johnson County Fair Queen.  Yet her most impressive accomplishment just might be maintaining a 3.815 GPA while keeping busy with all of her activities.

After high school Jama plans to attend Arkansas State University in Jonesboro to pursue her dream of becoming a sports broadcaster.  Her mother and father are extremely proud of all or her accomplishments, and so is 5NEWS. Great job Jama, and congratulations on being the first Senior Spotlight Winner!
