River Valley businessman William Gregory was arrested this week on suspicion of cyber bullying in using his ex-girlfriend’s identify to set up a fake Adult Friend Finder account, according to a news release Thursday (Nov. 7) from the Van Buren Police Department.

Gregory was arrested about 1 p.m. on Nov. 6 after turning himself in and faces a charge of cyber bullying, a class B misdemeanor punishable by up to 90 days in jail, the news release states.

On the Adult Friend Finder account, Gregory set up dates posing as his ex-girlfriend, using her photos, address and phone number. Two men responding to the fake profile showed up at her workplace, and other men contacted her at work and home, the news release states.
