The Deepsnap Tournament of Champions has been one of the biggest and most prestigious girls basketball tournaments in the country for nearly two decades.

This year's version lived up to the billing as a pair of national ranked teams met in the finals.

Rock Bridge (Mo.) built a double digit fourth quarter lead and then held off host Northside for the 58-43 win and the title.

Northside, ranked as high as No. 22 in some national polls, struggled with the size of the Lady Bruins. Rock Bridge, who is ranked as high as No. 12, boasts a handful of players on the roster taller than 6-foot-3.

Jay Nee Austin and Brianna Jackson kept the Lady Bears close as each finished in double figures.

Southside beat Midwest City (Okla.) to claim the third place crown while Greenland pounded Mountain Home on the consolation side of the bracket.
