Arkansas defensive line coach Charlie Partridge has agreed to terms to become the new head coach at Florida Atlantic, according to multiple media reports.
Partridge will take over a program that is in shambles after previous coach Carl Pelini admitted to illegal drug use and was terminated in October.
The Owls went 6-6 in the 2013 season and won it’s final four games of the regular season, after the firing of Pelini.
Partridge leaves an Arkansas program that went 3-9 and went winless in the SEC.
