Former Arkansas and Greenwood quarterback Tyler Wilson has found a new team to call home.
Wilson has been added to the 53-man active roster of the Tennessee Titans.
The local product suited up for two games for the Oakland Raiders this season but has not recorded a snap in a regular season game.
Wilson was a fourth round draft pick for the Raiders in April’s NFL draft but saw less and less action as the preseason unfolded. Wilson was 11-of-18 passing for 93 yards in the preseason but played in just two of the Raiders’ four games.
Tennessee has had quarterback injuries to both Jake Locker and Ryan Fitzpatrick this season.
Wilson is the fifth quarterback listed on the Titans roster. Fitzpatrick attempted 58 passes in Tennessee’s 37-34 overtime loss to the Cardinals on Sunday.
