Mitsubishi and General Electric have agreed to settle their patent lawsuit over wind power technology, according to Bloomberg.
Mitsubishi said this will allow each company to license their products.
That lawsuit was one of the obstacles Mitsubishi listed for its decision not to start production at the Fort Smith Mitsubishi Plant. Mitsubishi spokesperson Sonia Williams said the Fort Smith plant will remain mothballed for now, but that the company is currently reviewing its options for the plant.
