Springdale Steals Win at Fayetteville In Final Minute

Fayetteville was in control against Springdale Friday night but the Red Dogs waited until the 32nd minute to pull the rug out from underneath the home team.

Springdale rallied from a five point deficit to steal a 57-54 road win to stay perfect in the 7A/6A-West.

The Springdale boys win made up for a Fayetteville girls win in the opener as the host team posted a 59-47 win. Fayetteville also stays undefeated in the conference.

Van Buren's boys never trailed as they posted a 48-32 home win against Rogers.

Top ranked Little Rock Parkview also never trailed at Northside but the Grizzlies made things interesting in the closing minutes.

Northside trailed by as much as 14 points but got within one in the final minute before Parkview iced the game at the free throw line to pull out a 50-48 win.
