After initially saying early Tuesday (Feb. 4) they would have a delayed opening today, the University of Arkansas and NorthWest Arkansas Community College decided to close their campuses for the day because of winter weather.
The University of Arkansas – Fort Smith also has canceled classes for Tuesday.
