A self-checkout machine at the Rogers Walmart (located at 2110 W. Walnut St.) was discovered to mistakenly have $10 bills loaded into the $1 bill slot, according to the Rogers Police Department.
Five subjects realized the error and returned to the machine to purchase small items and collect the wrong change. The total loss was estimated to be around $850.
Several subjects have been charged with theft, and detectives would like to speak to the woman pictured in the photo to the right. They believe she has information about the case.
