With the Arkansas Music Pavilion, otherwise known as "The AMP", moving to a new home in Rogers, from Fayetteville, residents of Benton county said this will create lots of new business opportunities.
A number of new restaurants, hotels and office space are popping up left and right near the new AMP, which Wal-Mart is sponsoring.
Hundreds of jobs are being created left and right, according to officials.
