Morgan Hook twice lifted the Oklahoma women’s team to wins last week win game winning field goals. Today she was rewarded as the Big XII player of the week.
Hook, a Rogers graduate, led the Sooners with 15 points, nine rebounds and eight assists on Wednesday (Feb. 19) as OU knocked off Texas 64-63 and then followed that with a 15-point performance and the game winner against Kansas on Saturday (Feb. 22). For the week Hook averaged 15.0 points, 6.0 rebounds and 5.5 assists.
Hook is averaging 11.1 points per game for the Sooners while adding 3.7 rebounds and a team high 5.1 assists per game.
Oklahoma is currently tied for fourth in the Big XII at 8-7 in the league and 17-11 overall.
