The Community Blood Center of the Ozarks (CBCO) has issued a Code Yellow alert for A negative and O negative blood types.
This means hospital shelves are stocked with less than a two-day supply of those blood types. Donations are needed immediately.
If you wish to donate, blood drives will be held at the following locations:
Monday, March 3 –
- Fayetteville – 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Haas Hall Academy, 3155 N. College, Suite 8
Tuesday, March 4 –
- Greenland – 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Greenland High School, 30 N. Sandy
Wednesday, March 5 –
- Bentonville – 9:00a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Outdoor Cap, 1200 Melissa Ln. - Bentonville – 9:00a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
NWACC, 1 College Dr.
Thursday, March 6 –
- Fayetteville – 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Washington Regional Medical Center, 3215 N. North Hills - Siloam Springs – 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Siloam Springs Regional Hospital, 603 N. Progress Ave.
Friday, March 7 –
- Green Forest – 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Green Forest High School, 800 Philllips Ave.
The CBCO’s Springdale Donor Center at 3503 S. Thompson will also be open Monday- Thursday 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
