A wellness festival titled “A Day In Motion” has been announced for Siloam Springs, according to a news release Tuesday.
The event will take place on Saturday (June 14) and contains several free activities.
Some of the free activities include:
- Frisbee
- Yoga
- Zumba
- Culinary Delights
- 1-Mile Fun Run
- 5-Mile Bike Ride
- Tae Kwon Do
- Pickleball
- Crossfit
Wellfest will take place in the Bob Henry Park located in downtown Siloam Springs, according to the news release.
Other events featured at Wellfest include a 5k run, as well as a 10-mile bike ride and a 50-mile bike ride. New this year to the event is 3-on-3 basketball.
