That means trees are starting to bud, allergies are in full swing, and most likely those New Year’s Resolutions are a thing of the past for about half those who made them. shows 75% of people who make resolutions keep them in the first week, after that the success rate starts to decline.  Their research shows those who made resolutions keep them:

  • Past Two Weeks: 71%
  • Past One Month: 64%
  • Past Six Months: 46%
