April is Child Abuse Awareness Month, and in Sebastian County, The Division of Family and Children's Services came together Tuesday to raise awareness.
They released balloons to raise awareness about child abuse in the Sebastian County area. The total number of balloons released was 500.
The balloon release took place at Mercy Hospital Fort Smith on Monday at noon.
