HealthWatch: Distracted Eating

A group of scientists at the University of Liverpool came to the conclusion that distracted eaters consume more calories. They explain that it's not just a little bit; rather, the amount you eat could rise by up to fifty percent.

Exercise and healthy meals are not enough to keep your body fit - your brain is required to be alert as long as you're not sleeping!
