Oklahoma Man Faces 20 Years In Prison For Child Pornography

A Tulsa man has pleaded guilty for possession of child pornography.

Mark McDonough, 33, pleaded guilty in federal court on Thursday (April 18) before U.S. District Court Judge Gregory K. Frizzell to one count of possession and attempted possession of child pornography, according to U.S. Attorney Danny C. Williams Sr. for the Northern District of Oklahoma.

The maximum penalty for the charges is 20 years imprisonment and a fine of $250,000.
