Springdale emergency crews responded late Tuesday afternoon to a rollover wreck on Interstate 49, according to the Springdale Fire Department.
An ambulance responded to the scene near Exit 73 (Elm Springs Road) shortly after 5 p.m., but the driver was unharmed, fire officials said.
The crash involved a white sport utility vehicle, which rolled into the median and stopped traffic in both directions. Traffic was delayed for miles in each direction during rush hour.
The driver told emergency crews he lost control of the vehicle and left the roadway. He was not transported to the hospital. No other vehicles were involved in the wreck, according to the fire department.
