Local drug task force members on Thursday busted a methamphetamine manufacturing operation in West Fork, leading to three arrests, according to a police report.
Members of the Fourth Judicial Drug Task Force received a search warrant for a travel trailer at 14130 Low Gap Road in West Fork and uncovered a meth lab operation at the site, according to a preliminary report from the Washington County Prosecutor’s Office.
Authorities seized methamphetamine, a one-pot meth lab, plastic bottles, drain opening, two funnels, coffee filters, lithium batteries, a generator, salt, Coleman fuel, alcohol, a syringe, a spoon and ammonium nitrate, according to the report.
Jeffery Carpenter, Michael Pohl and Audrey Pohl were arrested Thursday on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine with intent to manufacture, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. They remained Thursday night in the Washington County Detention Center awaiting bond hearings, according to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office.
