The National Weather Service in Little Rock confirmed an EF 1 Tornado occured on May 8th just 2.4 miles north of Russellville, Arkansas at 8:44pm.
The tornado had winds of 100-110 miles per hour and was on the ground for 1.7 miles and 50 yards wide. No injuries were reported. The tornado damaged an unoccupied mobile home and several chicken houses.
