Drivers in Massachusetts are being urged to “Use Yah Blinkah.” The Massachusetts Department of Transportation is taking their accent, putting it into text, and hoping it will get the attention of drivers in the state.

Digital displays now read “Changing Lanes? Use Yah blinkah.” State Highway Administrator Frank DePaola says he hopes instead of the “white noise” of digital messages, he’s hoping the incorrectly spelled message will get drivers’ attention, and get them to follow the rules of the road.
