US to Charge Chinese State Officials for Hacking

(CNN) – The U.S. Justice Department is filing charges against five Chinese officials, accusing them of hacking into U.S. industrial companies to spy and steal secrets, according to U.S. officials briefed on the investigation.

These are the first ever charges against Chinese state officials for what the U.S. says is a widespread problem.

U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder was expected to announce the charges and provide more details Monday.

    Holder probably had nothing to do with it but will take the credit. The U.S. needs to stand up to them and tell the Chinese that this cancels the debt with them. They have been stealing from us for years!
