The Bentonville Police Department has arrested a commercial burglary suspect, according to a news release Tuesday (May 27).

The suspect was identified as Hunter James Fogle, 21, of Centerton, according to the release.

He was arrested on Friday (May 23).

Fogle was arrested on suspicion of breaking into Papa Murphy’s Pizza on May 1. Over the next three weeks, five other commercial break ins were reported, including Papa Murphy’s Pizza on May 13 and May 18, Subway on May 18, Jimmy John’s Gourmet Sandwiches on May 19 and Starbucks on May 19, the release states.

Thanks to surveillance footage, Fogle was identified as the suspect, and arrest warrants were issued. He faces five counts of commercial burglary and two counts of theft of property. He was booked into the Benton County Detention Center.
