A 6-year-old girl riding her bike was hit by a vehicle Sunday (June 1) in Rogers, according to police.
The accident happened Sunday afternoon at 2:25 p.m. on the 2800 block of South 28th St. at the Greens on Blossom Way Apartment Complex, police said.
The driver of the car, Kelly Majors, 35, was cited for careless driving and failing to yield to a pedestrian at a cross walk, police said.
The girl was transported to Mercy Hospital with minor injuries.
