Arkansas AG Approves Ballot Title For Decriminalization Of Pot
Arkansas Attorney General Dustin McDaniel has approved a popular name and ballot title of an initiative centered around the legalization of pot, according to affiliate station KTHV.
The name and ballot title of a constitutional amendment proposed to decriminalize possession and use of marijuana were approved on Tuesday (June 4), KTHV reported.
A description sent to KTHV from McDaniel’s office says the proposed amendment would, “decriminalize the possession and use of the cannabis plant, and all products derived from the cannabis plant, in the State of Arkansas, and other purposes.”
