The truck driver that was charged in an automobile accident that left one person dead and three others critically injured, including actor Tracy Morgan, had not slept in more than a day, according to affiliate station WCBS.
Kevin Roper, 35, of Jonesboro, Ga., is facing a number of charges, including death by auto, in connection with a large accident on the New Jersey Turnpike early Saturday morning (June 7), WCBS reported.
Roper was operating the truck, “without having slept for a period in excess of 24 hours,” according to WCBS.
