Rutledge Wins GOP Nomination For Attorney General

Leslie Rutledge, former Republican National Committee lawyer, has won the GOP nomination to run for Arkansas attorney general, according to THV.

She defeated Little Rock attorney David Sterling in Tuesday’s primary runoff, affiliate station THV reported.

She’ll face Rep. Nate Steel, D-Nashville and Libertarian nominee Aaron Cash in the November election, according to THV.

    I’d rather have her as attorney general than Sterling who was going to try and pass that stand your ground law.
