Friday (June 27) kicks off the first day of the three-day tournament of the Walmart Northwest Arkansas Championship Presented by P and G.
Gates open at 7 a.m. at the Pinnacle Country Club in Rogers. Fans will have to park across the street from the main gates. This is the eighth year for the tournament.
At the golf tournament, fans will see the world's best female golfers. Fans will also get a P and G bag at the gate worth more than $60.
For families, there's the Walmart Kid's Center. Hardy said this year they added a Food Truck Village with three local food truck vendors.
There's the 17th hole, which is known as the loudest hole on tour. Harry Hardy, tournament director, said it has a fun, party atmosphere.
Hardy said golf fans can watch their local favorites.
”Notable afternoon tee-time , we’ll have at 1:03 Emily Tubert, she just graduated Razorback golfer," Hardy said. "Her first event as a professional is going to be right here at Pinnacle Country Club Northwest Arkansas."
"After her, Stacey Lewis, World's #1 former Razorback golfer will be playing," Hardy said. "Around that 1 o’clock, the first tee time will be buzzing, she’ll be going through the 17th hole, our signature hole around 5:30."
"So expect to see the fans calling the hogs from that hole around 5:30. It’s very exciting,” he said.
Fans will also be able to meet the players.
"Autograph alley is right off of the back of the 18th hole," Hardy said. "We've expanded that this year to allow our fans to get up close and personal with the players."
"The players are very accessible," Hardy said. "They make themselves available for autographs, so you get that face to face contact."
Admission is $15 per day. Kids 17 and under are free with a ticketed adult. Military service and woman get in free with a valid ID.
