Hundreds of people were at Harry E. Kelley Park Friday (July 4) in Fort Smith for a long standing tradition.
The mayor's annual Fourth of July celebration, where crowds cheered through a twenty-five minute fireworks show.
Norman Gray was the lead technician of the show.
