A water main broke Saturday (July 12) morning in Fayetteville, according to the Fayetteville Police Department.
The break, at N College Ave. in front of Shake’s Frozen Custard, caused some lane closures.
Authorities said the call came in around 10:56 a.m.
Authorities said crews were on site to fix the main and estimated it would take four to six hours to finish.
Officers were at the scene to help direct traffic flow.
