SPIRO (KFSM) – Billy Fuller, 48, of Spiro, Oklahoma, has pleaded guilty to federal drug charges, according to the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma. He is now in the custody of the United States Marshal Service until he is formally sentenced, authorities said.

Fuller was arrested after an investigation by the Drug Task Force and the Drug Enforcement Administration in District 16. Their investigation started in early 2011 and continued until December 31, 2013, authorities said. During that time, investigators found Fuller was in possession and distributing a mixture that contained methamphetamine.

Authorities said Fuller now faces a punishment of at least 10 years in prison or more, and/or a fine of up to $10 million.
