LOWELL (KFSM) – A Lowell man was arrested on July 22 on suspicion of raping a 12-year-old girl, according to a probable cause report. .
Forrest C. Williams, 36, was arrested after deputies responded to his residence concerning a sexual assault tip they’d received, the report states.
Deputies arrived at the residence in the 15000 block of Hickory Lane in Lowell and asked Williams if he would talk with them in a sheriff patrol vehicle. He agreed to do so and told the deputies that he had touched her inappropriately approximately 20 times and raped her 12 times, according to the report.
Williams told deputies that he did not anticipate being caught, and he told the girl that both he and she would be in trouble if people found out what he was doing, the report states.
Williams also told deputies he was “horny” when he was around her, according to the report.
After being transported to the Benton County Sheriff’s Office, deputies continued to interview Williams, and he told authorities his inappropriate touching began “one and a half years ago,” the report states.
He also denied having “relationship love” for the girl, according to the report.
Williams was booked into the Benton County Detention Center and faces a charge of rape, according to the jail’s intake report.
His bond has been set at $250,000 the intake report states.
