VAN BUREN (KFSM) – The Van Buren Police Department is looking for a person of interest in a counterfeit money case, according to a news release from Detective Jonathan Wear.
The man pictured at right is a person of interest in the counterfeit money case, the release states.
On July 23 at 4:08 p.m. the man, also pictured below, went into the 64 Corner Store at 4003 Alma Hwy and handed over a counterfeit bill, according to the release.
Police are looking for the man to talk to him about the counterfeit bill, the release states.
Anyone with information about the identity of the man or woman in the picture is encouraged to contact the Van Buren Police Department at 479-474-1234, according to the release.
