LITTLE ROCK (KTHV) The Arkansas Supreme Court has taken up the same-sex marriage lawsuit, according to affiliate station KTHV.
This decision comes after Judge Piazza overturned the state’s ban on gay marriage in May, which was followed by a stay issued by the Arkansas Supreme Court a few days after, KTHV reported.
A handful of Arkansas counties issued same-sex marriage licenses before the process was halted, according to affiliate station KTHV.
