A lingering boundary has once again erupted with scattered showers and thunderstorms this afternoon. The heaviest will fall thru 4pm with most storms fading by 8 or 9pm. Expect heavy rain and brief gusty winds. A few storms may approach severe limits due to instability but the majority will not be severe. Temperatures will fall some 10-15º after the storms move out, but humidity will remain high. A repeat of this is likely on Sunday, too.
