“Can they win?,” Larry Fashank asked.
“I want to see our secondary,” Katie Magness said. “See if they can hold back anybody this year.”
“The defense. I think our starting defense is going to be great but how much depth do we have?” Denver Merryman asked.
Questions aside, today was the day for fans to meet and mingle with all of the players. Three favorites came up the most despite their long lines.
“I’d like to meet Alex Collins and the running backs but the line goes from here up out the door onto the street,” Robert Bennet said. “I can see them though.”
“I’m just ready to see what these running backs are going to do,” Ricky Gazo said. “Last year was the first year for Alex Collins so I think he’s going to do a lot better this year.”
“The three headed monster of Korliss, Jonathon, and Alex. They are going to be beasts,” Eric Vasiloff said. “It’s going to look like 2007 all over again.”
Fans and players alike both agreed that fan day was a blast.
“Oh yea its fun. I haven’t signed so many autographs before so this is cool.” freshman tackle Frank Ragnow said.
“It’s awesome. We are sitting down here walking around at Bud Walton amongst the players, it’s cool, it’s a unique experience.” Vasiloff said.
