CRAWFORD COUNTY (KFSM) – A Crawford County man was stabbed in a road rage incident on Wednesday afternoon (Aug. 20), and the suspect, still being sought by deputies, had his description released by deputies.
The victim, who has not been identified, was stabbed on Grand Juniper Road in Van Buren around 2:45 p.m., according to the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies are looking for a gold Honda Accord with tinted windows. The model is believed to be between a 1999 and 2001. It was occupied by a white male and black male. The black male is the suspect in the stabbing. He is between 18 and 26 years of age with short hair, deputies said.
The suspect is short and had on blue jeans, possibly a black or blue shirt. They fled toward Shibley from Grand Meadow Road, according to deputies.
The victim was taken to Summit Medical Center with injuries that deputies didn’t believe were life threatening, officials said.
No arrest has been made, and the suspect is still being sought by deputies, according to officials.
The investigation is ongoing, according to the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office.
