BENTONVILLE (KFSM) – Benton County Judge Bob Clinard underwent a heart procedure Monday and is recovering at Northwest Medical Center in Bentonville, according to a statement released by attorney Edwin N. McClure.
The statement calls the procedure “successful” and mentions Clinard plans to return to work sometime next week.
“He and his family would like to thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers over the past few days,” the statement reads.
Clinard was cited Friday at Frisco Fest in Rogers on suspicion of public intoxication, officials said. He is scheduled to appear in Rogers District Court on Oct. 7 at 9 a.m., records show.
