Daytrieon Dean Signs Financial Aid Agreement

Arkansas keeps racking up the signees for 2015 with the newest addition of defensive end Daytrieon Dean.
Fort Smith Northside defensive end Daytrieon Dean signed a grant-in-aid agreement and will join the Razorbacks in January 2015 for the spring semester.
Dean is a three star prospect and is listed as the No. 24 defensive lineman in the nation and the No.6 recruit in Arkansas according to Rivals.com.

Dean Selected Arkansas over Ole Miss and Oklahoma State.

"I feel very blessed. It's a dream come true," Dean said. "I've been dreaming about this since I was a little kid so I'm very happy and ready to get to work. A lot of schools recruited me heavily but Arkansas was my top priority, number one."

As a junior, Dean tallied 50 tackles and six sacks. He joins quarterback Ty Storey and offensive lineman Zach Rogers as Arkansas' early signees that will enroll in January.

"Daytrieon's hard work and dedication is what we look for in future Razorbacks," Bielema said. "We're exciting to welcome him to the Razorback family and have him join us next spring to maximize his potential. Daytrieon Dean, Ty Storey, and Zach Rogers as the the start of a very special 2015 signing class. He continues to display the core values of what our program is built upon academically, athletically and socially.

The Hogs will open the 2014-2015 season on the road at Auburn on August 30 at 3 p.m.
