This is Fort Smith. Who cares? Fort Smith is now a Detroit Michigan. Forth Smith is now nothing but trash. Crime infested, no jobs, smells like one big sewer, 20% property value declines per year.

Move to NWA where things are amazing. No crime, zero legit unemployment, 8-14% property value increases per year.
