BENTON COUNTY (KFSM)- There were 987 customers without power in Benton County Thursday (Oct. 9), according to Carroll Electric.
By 10 a.m., the power was restored. It was out for 22 minutes, said Nancy Plagge, spokesperson for Carroll Electric.
Substation 63 in the Ashdown area was the one affected, which is the eastern part of Bella Vista, according to Carroll Electric.
A contractor working on a main feeder line that comes out of the substation had an issue, which caused it shut down, Plagge said.
