ARKANSAS (KFSM) – Power has been restored to nearly all customers who lost electricity Monday morning because of storms in Northwest and western Arkansas, according to the power companies.

As wind and rain swept into western Arkansas, Arkansas Valley Electric reported 208 homes without power in Johnson, Scott and Franklin counties. By the afternoon, the company reported no homes without power.

At the peak of the storm in Washington and Benton counties, Ozarks Electric reported 156 homes without electricity. That number has fallen to 52, mostly southwest of the Fayetteville area.

Carroll Electric reported 35 homes in Carroll County and two in Benton County without electricity. By Monday afternoon, no homes in those areas were without power, Carroll Electric reported.
