HOT SPRINGS (KTHV)- A man who drove his car into a house in Hot Springs killing the owner will likely get 18 years in prison.
That’s the jury’s recommendation after 21-year-old Nickollas Roe pleaded guilty to negligent homicide and leaving the scene on Thursday (Nov. 13).
The crash in August killed 87-year-old Mary Dukes. Roe admitted to driving drunk and slamming his truck through the side of the house, crushing Dukes as she slept, according to court documents.
