Rogers House Damaged In Fire

ROGERS (KFSM) – Rogers Fire Department responded to a fire near Beaver Lake around 9 p.m. Saturday (Nov. 13). A woman and her four-year-old son were home at the time but were not injured.

Rogers Fire Chief Tom Jenkins said it took about 15 minutes for the crews to put the fire out. Investigators said the exact cause of the fire is unknown, but said it did start in the garage.

Officials said the fire happened on the 8600 block of Apple Glen just east of Rogers. Beaver Lake and Avoca fire departments also responded to the incident.
