BENTONVILLE (KFSM)- A Walmart Supercenter in Bentonville was evacuated around 1:15 p.m. on Friday (Nov. 28) because of a bomb threat, according to the Bentonville Police Department.
The store is located at 406 S. Walton Boulevard.
A customer at the store at the time of evacuation said all employees and customers were told to head to the nearest exit and leave the building.
The Walmart Supercenter received a phone call from an unknown caller saying there was a bomb in the store, according to a release from the police department. Officers conducted a search of the store and didn't find anything suspicious, the released stated.
Police are investigating.
