Mailboxes are generally fuller during the Christmas season. You may find a present in your mailbox, however, most times it’s filled with cards wishing you happy greetings during the Holiday season.
A survey conducted by the marketing research firm AYTM.com found when holiday card senders mail out their cards. Here’s what they found:

- Before December: 4.4%
- The first week of December: 24%
- The second week of December: 38.3%
- Right before Christmas: 3.3%
- It varies: 27.3%
