OKLAHOMA (KFOR) – Earlier in December, 21 death row inmates asked a judge to halt their punishment, following the botched execution of convicted killer Clayton Lockett last April.

On Dec. 22, a judge denied their requests to halt executions in the Sooner State.

The judge’s ruling means executions will move forward as planned.
