RUSSELLVILLE (KFSM) – The Russellville Police Department arrested a man on Jan. 7 accused of stealing construction equipment, according to a post on their Facebook page.
Pablo Leiva was arrested on Wednesday on suspicion of theft of property, police said.
Police released surveillance video on Jan. 6 that appeared to show the suspect stealing equipment and then driving away in a pickup truck.
After his arrest, Leiva was released and not booked into the Pope County Detention Center, according to police.
